There is NON-REFUNDABLE $45.00 application fee for each Resident. This fee must be in the form of cash or money order only. The fee will cover the handling of your application and the cost of your credit report. I UNDERSTAND THAT MY EARNEST MONEY OR DEPOSIT IS NON- REFUNDABLE IF APPROVED.

Before you can receive any services, do you have the 1st month rent (plus) a month’s rent for deposit? If yes, ALL applicants need to give proof of the things listed below.

Please have all necessary documents at time consultation.

· $45.00 Application fee
· 2 Proofs of ID --- driver’s license, Social Security card or State ID.

· Last 1-2 years of residential history, include length of time, addresses, contact names and numbers.

· Pay stub or statement from employer for the last 6 weeks of wages.

· Proof of self-employment income --- last income tax return, accounting records, etc.

· Award letters for Social Security, SSI, VA or any kind of pension payments.

· Proof of child support or alimony for the last 6 weeks.

Every adult (age 18 yrs. and older) must personally fill out and sign an application if they are going to be a resident of the property. A photocopy of a valid government issued identification card is required from each applicant.
THE FOLLOWING ARE THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS THAT AN APPLICANT MUST FULFILL TO QUALIFY TO RENT A PROPERTY MANAGED BY METRO MANAGEMENT GROUP.
A credit report will be obtained for each applicant. Most trade lines must be paid on time. Each unpaid collection will count as one negative rating in the percentage calculation below.
