We are a full service property management company. The company has a successful division as well as an tenant placement division and lease purchase division. The Managers each have an average of 8 years service in the industry and are suitably qualified. As a client you will receive preferential notification and be alerted to qualified tenants as they arise.

WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT?
Some absentee landlords have no inclination or time to be involved in the day to day management of their properties and require the full range of our services whilst others require only tenant placement services. Therefore you only pay for the services you use, which have been customized to complement your objectives.
We believe in identifying the owner's needs and packaging a group of services to best suit those requirements.
As our fees are based on 10% of the income of the property, and 100% of the first month rent to place a tenant our interests to ensure that the property is generating the maximum income.
We believe we are paid for property management. Therefore we do not attempt to make money from other services. We do not employ maintenance staff. We outsource and enter into contracts with service providers who through our large volumes provide competitive pricing for goods and services. All invoices are passed through at cost. We do not accept kickbacks or commissions from our outsource partners. We maintain trust accounts for the properties we manage.
We use the latest marketing and networking with other property management companies, realtors, and loan officers to lease your property fast and sometimes track potential tenants relocating from other states.
